Roasted Grape, Ezine Tarzı Cheese and Hot Honey Crostini

Ingredients

  • 200 g Ezine Tarzı Cheese
  • 1 small baguette or sourdough loaf
  • 250 g seedless red grapes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • Fresh thyme
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place the grapes in an oven dish. Add the olive oil, fresh thyme and black pepper, then toss gently.

Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, until the grapes are soft and slightly caramelised.

Slice the bread. Brush the slices with a little olive oil and toast them in the oven or in a pan until crisp.

Spread the Ezine Tarzı Cheese generously over the toasted bread, or crumble it into large pieces and place it on top.

Spoon the warm roasted grapes over the cheese-topped bread.

Roughly chop the walnuts and scatter them over the crostini.

Mix the honey with the chilli flakes and drizzle it over the crostini.

Finish with fresh thyme and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
